Thor authorized service center

I have an email from customer care/warranty to take my coach to a authorized service center. Where are they located or is that any dealer service center? Is that email enough to have warranty work troubleshot or what?

I feel your pain. After paying over 100K. close to 200k for my coach with the seller saying "Oh yeah anyone can repair it". BS. But they don't. And if you find a dealer who does they put you on the back burner so to speak and repair only those that bought from them first. That wont ever happen to me again. Been waiting two months now for our coach to get some minor warranty adjustments after a shake down cruise, nothing major mind you but a few squeeks. Try your original seller even if its a drive to get there. /Mikey

As in another post I made today, in my area (Colorado) Camping World is the only Authorized Thor dealer for warranty work.


If I have to take mine back to the selling dealer it is a 750 mile drive one way.

The Thor website can provide you with a list of the "Thor Authorized Service Centers" in your location.

In my area one of the authorized service centers sells only travel trailers and fifth wheels so I'm not sure they have a bay large enough for a motor home.

You can also call Thor Customer Service and they can provide you with the names and locations of service centers.

The problem you face in not returning to the selling dealer is that their customers may receive priority in scheduling service and you may have an extended wait time for an appointment. This same concept holds true in the automobile industry as well.
