Tybee Island, Ga

Have any of you stayed at the River's End campground and RV park on Tybee Island? If so what were your impressions? I've looked at some reviews online but would welcome additional opinions.

No, but when we went to Tybee Is we stayed at Skidaway Island State Park and it was great. short drive over to Tybee or Savannah.

I looked into Skidaway SP but got out voted by my fellow travelers! I don't have a toad and Tybee is closer to my relatives home!

Don't know about Tybee either. We have done Skidaway as well. It was a great park. Let us know about Tybee!!

We stayed at rivers end last summer nice clean campground. Close to beach, town and a short drive to Savannah.

We have stayed at rivers end as well. It is a nice campground and the staff was very helpful. We also rented one of those little electric cars on the island in lieu of having the toad. The kids thought that was cool. I believe the place is called island hoppers. Hope you have a great trip
