This morning we woke up to 5 hot air balloons flying overhead. Of course we got about a hundred pictures, don’t know why but just kept clicking. They were awesome just riding the breeze. Yesterday we went walking in a dry creek bed and found an awesome canyon area. Read More:

Great reading, keep writing. I roamed the areas in AZ you are writing about. We lived in AZ 23 years before moving to MO and later CA. There are a lot of great places to visit out there. We are planning a trip to AZ to visit friends and do some sightseeing this spring. Hopefully make it to Tombstone this time.

Wickenburg is all about Cowboys and The Great Stage Coach Massacre. Town in very nice if you don't want to boondock there is a information center in town that seems to have day use parking right in the middle of things.

We have been to Wikenberg one November when we were visiting relatives in Mesa. On those November visits we would plan a trip around the area. We have been to Sedona a couple of times. Tucson was a destination also.
