Wow I wish I was in the market. With 6100 miles and the add on's and being debugged that's a great buy for someone. Sorry to see ya selling and best of luck.

Thank you, it's been a tough decision but as you can tell, we just don't get to use it much. We need to wait until retirement.

i doubt it. He never responded to my questions which tells me he sold it already. Good luck though. I'm still looking for a deal, but they are hard to find when it comes to the Axis as they are new and people like them.

You might want to private message this person to confirm the availability of his coach

a 59k asking price for a 2 year old 24.1 with the 5 speed and 350 chassis is 15K out of line to my mind. Don't wish to make an issue of it

Sorry for the late response, I should have removed this post. I sold this coach a few months ago.

By the way, I have not been checking this forum regularly because I have moved on to a new motorhome. Will miss this forum because there are some very helpful folks here.

The coach was 15 months old when I put my coach up for sale. At the time, $59K was one of the lowest prices I found on RV trader. Naturally if I were selling it now, the price would be lower. It sold for $57K several months ago.

Pricing

I am asking 57,000 for my '15 24.1. Reason for selling is that I want to go bigger; 30 or larger.

Why go smaller than 25 Ft? Seems like an extremely small space, the Roadtrek, unless you just want to travel every day and just have a bed in the back like a big SUV. Would appreciate your reasoning.

Interstate 3500

I started three years ago with an Airstream Interstate 3500. I wanted slightly bigger with a slide so we sold the Airstream and bought the Axis.

I recently retired and now want to spend a few months on the road, 32-34 ft. with two or three slides to live in during colder months.

I really loved the Airstream (22 feet) but now my needs are different.

If I hit the lottery I would own one of each, a Sprinter Class B and a three slide class A.

Phil

We never sit in one place, we are travelers. The Roadtrek gives us the ability to hang out at the beach all day long if we want. We can also park in most parking spaces.

They each have there advantages. We will never be away from home more than a week at a time in our current situation. In another 10 years, I will be 62 and will probably increase that time to three weeks. However, we love our stick and brick home. We all have different needs and wants, the important thing is finding out what works for you and enjoy life. I love the Airstreams too. However, we really like some of the technological advances the Roadtrek has.

We are at 25ft. and have spent 6 weeks out and are leaving for 4 weeks in June. Size fits us perfect but everyone's needs are different. I like the maneuverability plus is just DW and I with no pets or kids. We originally thought we would want bigger but found out we don't need to for us.
