120 Volt AC

When I connect to shore power I have no 120 Volt AC. Generator supplies power and everything works. Meter shows 120 VAC across ground to elect hot and elect neutral. I checked GFCI, it’s okay, just no power when on shore power. I checked power going into coach and it’s okay. Any ideas?

Check your connections to your Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS). The twist connections are a common problem.

Do you know where it might be located on a 24FE?

Sorry, no. But it's usually close to and behind/beside the breaker/converter panel.

I found the problem. A wirenut came loose. Thor makes an access panel in rear, street side compartment to access the transfer switch.
