Hot water knobs on sink and shower issue

Hurrican 32 foot Thor.. My hot water knobs are tight and squeaky. Cold knobs work nice. Is this because of hot water damaging the seals, or orings. Is there a lubricant to put on them to free up. Or just change out seals?
Or any other ideas?

Pop off the handle to look at the valves. Most have a screw on top that holds the valve in place. If that top is too tight it can bind like you are saying.

As for lubricant, try a little Vaseline.

I think the oem bathroom faucet is ugly, cheap, and user un-friendly. I replaced mine with a nice one I got at HD for about 80$. it was the easiest remove and replace bathroom faucet install I have ever done, and I have done a bunch. I didn't even need a tool, was able to unscrew the nuts by hand. every time I see my new bathroom faucet I smile.

If attempting to lube the fixture I would not use a petroleum based lube. Get plumbers silicone.
