Converter Bad?

I replaced the 2 factory batteries with AGMs. Everything was fine but a couple of days after I made the swap I noticed the Xantrex inverter was indicating 13.1 volts instead if the normal 13.6 volts. I unplugged the shore power (and noticed the lights were blinking),started the generator and it went up to 13.6 volts and the lights quit blinking. I turned the generator off and started the engine. It went to 14.2 volts. Maybe a bad converter?

13.1 VDC is standard float voltage. Unplug from SP, turn off the generator, leave the inverter on and power some things to drain the house batteries to 12.5 VDC or below (without load). Then plug into SP and see what the converter cranks the DC volts up to.

Converter

Forgot to mention that when I unplugged from SP it dropped to 12.3v which I know is wrong. I bought the MH up to my shop and plugged it in there. It went to 13.5 and stayed there overnight. I unplugged SP and this time the overhead lights didn't blink, it dropped to 12.6v and stayed there for a couple of hours (fridge is running) before going to 12.5. Checked power at the camper shed, it looks good (125v) and only drops 2 volts under load. Will put the MH back in Camper shed and see what happens.
