Outlets Not Working

Hey guys! First post here glad I found this forum.

So I have a 2019 kw29 quantum and the wife and I just pulled into a state park plugged into shore power and everything seemed to be working ok other than the two outlets in the kitchen, the microwave in the same area is working but the outlet over the sink and on the side of the oven have no power.

I’ve checked the breakers and reset the receptacle breaker to no avail, all the other outlets are working fine throughout the rv. I cannot find a GFI receptacle anywhere, I don’t see one in the bathroom and neither of them in the kitchen are GFi. So I’m super confused....

I really have no idea where to start, I haven’t had problems in the past with these on 2 other trips, I’m curious if it has something to do with the shore power here? I will check to see if they work via generator in the morning when people aren’t sleeping.

Any advice would help me, I need coffee. Lol

they are most certainly a part of a GFCI circuit, since they are in the 'kitchen' near the sink, etc... where the 'master' GFCI outlet is, generally found in the bathroom, can take some searching. It could also be in the outside compartment if an outlet is found there. The breaker probably won't have anything to do with it since it has 'power', it's just that the GFCI has 'tripped'. If you find it and it won't 'reset', then yes, you could have a loose wire in the outlet, or at the breaker.

Any idea where I can look? Nothing in the bathroom, the outside outlet for the TV isn’t GFI none of the outlets I’ve located are GFI, is there an outlet I’m not seeing somewhere? Maybe in a storage compartment?

I found it, it was hidden on the side of the vanity in the bathroom, pressed reset and all is well, I really appreciate your help and can have coffee now. Thank you so much!

GFI outlet and/or breaker controls any outlet within 6' of a water source. That includes outside, and any outlet in a ground level access storage bay. Some microwaves are on that circuit but do not need to be and should be on a separate circuit because a microwave, toaster and coffee pot will trip the breaker.
