2008 Four Winns Hurricane

Hello fellow four winns and thor owners.
My neighbor has a 2008 Four winns hurricane with a generator made from Guardian RV 5500. The generator does not turn over while trying to start.I'm
thinking maybe the starter selanoide . but cant find it. Any suggestions would be helpful

Here's the link for the manual for the generator. There is an exploded parts view in the rear. The manual is too large to attach to this post.

Simple Google search can be your friend.
