Check your wheels

I make it a habit to check my tires, (Marathons) and tire pressure whenever I move to a new campground. I'm glad I do because this time I discovered a cracked rim. I don't know what caused it to crack or how long it's been there. It's by the grace of God I found it before pulling out.

CHECK YOUR TIRES AND WHEELS!!

Tredit sent me a replacement wheel no questions asked. I mounted my tire on it and headed to Mississippi for volunteer work with the Red Cross. I still had the steel rimmed spare on the trailer at this time. When I was ready to leave Ms. and head north I discovered another cracked rim. Now I'm concerned that these Tredit wheels are the GoodYear Marathons of the aluminum wheel world.

As I mentioned before..... check your tire pressure and wheels whenever you move to another campground.

Wow! That has to be a manufacturer defect.

Wow. That is pretty bad. I;m wondering if they are rated high enough for your camper. We all know how the manufacturers try to get away with the bare minimum.

I don't know that Goodyear Marathon's deserve that comparison. I have been running a set for a number of years now with no problems or complaints.
I believe the secret might be, make sure they are labeled on the side
"MADE IN USA"
