Radio loses memory

My axerra radio in my 2019 freedom elite 22he loses its memory every time I turn the use/store switch to store. I've read in other threads that there is power to the radio memory in the store position. Should the radio presets be saved?

Generally, the memory supply power is connected to the chassis battery, not the house batteries. Time to investigate if it is wired correctly, or even wired.

I had same issue. I rarely/never use the radio while parked, so had a local audio shop re-wire to the chassis. He had the dash (F450) pulled open and radio out in less than 5 min. Wired and back together faster than I ever could. Best $60 spent. Per my wire diagram, a wire could be attached to chassis to keep memory also. My local RV shop said Thor does not connect memory power to Chassis batt as it is a constant draw and can drain chassis batt when parked.
