2013 Outlaw Generator Issues

I have a 2013 Outlaw and all of a sudden we can not get the generator to turn on. Neither the dash switch or the switch on the generator will make any attempt to start. It feels like the problem must be electrical. Is there a disconnect switch keeping the generator from starting? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Does it crank over?

Gennys typically get their gas from the RV's main gas tank. The fuel pickup is situated so that when the tank is 1/4 full or less, the fuel level is below the genny's pickup. This is a safety mechanism that prevents the genny from completely draining the fuel tank and (hopefully) leaves you with enough fuel to get to the gas station.
