The best thing to do is try to match it at Camping World, Amazon, etc. as I suspect like boats, a lot of the faucets may be made in Italy and specific to the RV industry.
I don't know that for sure, but I do know it is true for boats, and I would not be surprised if RVs are similar.
You can try Lowes, but if it is foreign made, it will be metric, and sometime metric hardware like that is still hard to find.
Otherwise, it is usually just easier to install a new faucet from Lowes, etc. that you know you can buy replacement hardware.
