Slide outs inoperative on 2016

Both the slides on my 2016 Siesta don't work. I've replaced the 30 amp fuse with no luck. Any suggestions?

Do you have the key in and on? Engine running? There is an interlock the engine must be off and the key must be off.

If that isn't the case do you know where the slide controllers are? If you do have you looked for an error light?
