2014 Thor Palazzo legs will not extend panel blinking

Hello everyone, after last trip my legs will not extend, I parked my Palazzo and tried to set it up on the legs and the panel just keeps blinking all the lights on the control panel blink and the legs will not extend, so I just had to leave it sitting on the tires, we are taking a trip next week and I have few days to fix the problem, any ideas or did anyone had this problem?

Try holding down the enter and retract switches for a few seconds this should reset it. Make sure the brake os set and engine running.

There is no "enter" button on the control panel there is "on/off" you think that might be what I have to press and "retract all jacks"

My jacks control panel is like yours, i.e., no "enter" button. Here's what you do to RESET the unit: hold all four of the arrow keys down simultaneously for a few seconds. Once it is reset, you should be able to operate the jacks by first pressing the "ON" button and then the AUTO button. Of course, the engine must be running. Also, watch the dash charging/volt meter, and make sure that it is indicating 13 volts or greater BEFORE you press the AUTO button.

That is all that it was, thanks so much, everything is working fine now, i thought I had to take it to the dealer but just was afraid of the wait time, that was a quick fix, thanks again.

My pleasure. BTW, when it happened to me (the jacks control panel went crazy), my jacks were stuck down (fully extended), and I couldn't move! I found out that the control panel became "confused" because I initiated operation when my 12 volts was a little low, hence the warning to watch the dash volt meter and wait until it reads 13 volts or more before beginning to use the jacks control panel.

I love RVs but always afraid of the things going bad or not functioning while on trips, that is why I always check and make sure everything works before we leave, thanks Again.
