2015 Thor Windsport 34f 1st Year Repair List

We purchased our 2015 Thor Windsport 34f on April 24, 2015. It couldn't even leave the lot for the first two months due to items that needed to be repaired immediately.

10.5 months old we drop it off at a Camping World (the same one we purchased it at) with this list below:

Fan in kitchen ceiling

Electric hot water heater not working

Hood latch on passengers side

Steering grinding noise at low speeds only during initial takeoff

Outside water connection leaking inside under recliners

Drivers side wiper arm not right needs adjustments

Fog light out

Black tank sensors read full all

Awning LED lights not working 100%

They tested the power at the back of the hot water heater and found a mangled mess of burnt and melted wires. They said the wiring for the hot water heater was installed improperly at the factory.

They said that, since we switched to the LP water heater when the electric one stopped working, that we could have blown up our rig because the melted wiring was dangerously close to the LP input line.

Most of the list is normal little stuff that one would expect to possibly go wrong... But the electric hot water heater situation scares me.
