2015 Vegas 24.1 Front Fuse box relay location

I recently purchased a 2015 Vegas 24.1. We are in Louisiana and IDA flooded the front lower fuse box ( AC control, Fog lamps etc) The one in the lower storage area. My question is were is the relay to this fuse box. The water tripped a breaker or a fuse from the battery to the fuse box. We have no power to the fuse box. I am assuming there is a breaker or fuse that powers this fuse box. Any help would be appreciated.

Could you be more specific about where the "lower fuse box" is? And which AC control- coach or chassis and what does it do?

These sound like chassis devices as fog lights certainly are so maybe it is the chassis AC control.

The Axis does a mixture of pure chassis stuff, ie Ford made as well as Axis made stuff. On mine which is a 2021 so it may be different from yours there is a fuse/relay panel in the compartment under the driver's seat that handles these. Ford made stuff is handled by two fuse/relay panels- one at the driver's feet and another in the engine compartment.

You can download a file specific to your coach and year that gives electrical and plumbing schematics at Thor Owner Resources. The electrical one is somewhat limited.

How far did the water get up? If it was only a few feet then it may be the relay/fuse panel in the outside compartment under the driver's seat. If higher, well you may have serious engine related water damage. In some cases this is a total situation.

The outside panel below the driver. I think it either was the driving rain or a leak into the compartment. Water came up but that was the only area that had water in it. Thanks for your help. Everything works well but AC, fog lamps, wipers. When my mechanic checked it he found that compartment fuse panel was wet and tested it. No power to it. Our assumption is there is a breaker or a fuse needing replacement that feeds that fuse box power. But where can we find it ? Thank you for your help.

Typically all the items you mention are powered by the chassis battery. The CB is usually next to the battery chassis or just behind it.

The Thor schematic for my 2021 shows all of the circuits mentioned above being part of the so called Bussman Fuse box powered by the chassis battery through a 100 amp breaker. Unfortunately I haven't found that breaker. Presumably it is near the chassis battery.

You might look under the hood near the battery on the passenger side. Or remove the plywood panel under the passenger side flip out panel which provides access to the battery (such as it is).

The Axis engine compartment is a nightmare to work in so good luck.

Found it. And it solved my problem. It is just to the right (looking at the engine compartment on the outside) Easy reset. Then I had some GFI resets inside the coach. Solved my problem. Thank you for you help. It just needs a really good bath and wax. Besides Bilstein shocks (Factory are shot) I will be on here soon getting help installing an inverter. Thank you again for you response. I truly appreciate it. Saved me hours of headache.

Bussman Fuse Location on 2015 Thor Vegas 24.1

Hope this helps someone else. Just next to the chassis battery. Easy reset

I am following your posting and do appreciate the advice.
But I am confused due to thinking chassis (motor starting) battery is located under the passenger side dash board.

Is your battery on drivers side of the engine?
