Is there a shut off for the outside kitchen sink 2016-Quantum ws31

I was hoping someone could answer a couple questions about the outside kitchen sink and plumbing

1) is there a water shut off to those faucets so they will not run if accidently opened?

2) Does the sink pump shut off when the sink water is gone or is it required to switch on and off?

Had a spill and soaked the cabinets when one of the faucets opened while traveling and lost a lot of water and got a bit of wwater damage.

Never cared to know about this before this happened >>>
