2016 ACE 30.2 Owner Request

In my haste to winterize I neglected to take a photo of the house battery connections before removing them. I know that they were connected in a parallel configuration and have enough common sense to connect red to positive and black to negative but was wondering if another 2016 or maybe a 2015 ACE 30.2 owner can take a photo of their house battery compartment connections so that I can use it as reference when reconnecting in the Spring?

I requested the information from Thor but received a generic schematic which does not match my model.

Thanks in advance!

Hello :

I am still a newbie, have a Thor ACE 30.2. Been on a few trips, but now getting into a debate with regard to the tire air pressure. Unlike any car, there are no stickers in the door jamb with tire pressure recommendations. The ream of paper that the manual is printed on offers little advice. The mechanic that I use for regular vehicle oil changes is saying 90-95 PSI. Tires have a maximum of 110 PSI. What does everyone use or what formula to determine air pressure ? My next trips will not require me to fill the fresh water tank.

Thanking everyone in advance for their suggestions.

First, near the driver's seat on the wall should be a couple of stickers. One of them should give you the tire pressure at max weight.

The correct way:

Get the coach weighted. If possible get a four corner weight but if not get the front and rear axle weights for the coach when loaded.

Go to the tire manufacturer's web site and pull down the inflation charts for your tires. Set the pressure to the manufactures recommendations based on the actual axle weights for your coach.

We haven't had a chance to weigh our loaded unit yet, so I'm curious if any of you would be willing to share what your current tire pressures are.

Thanks,

I haven't either. I'm currently at Blue Ox in Nebraska getting some suspension upgrades installed and will then weigh it and post. My tires were set to 82 psi for the trip out from Denver without any issues other than 20mph crosswind for 6 hours.
