Anyone deal with this yet with the 2016 model? We have about 2700 miles on it now.
Yes most of us have done this, make a big improvement. Problem is Ford aligned the chassis but Thor does not realign after adding weight of RV. Ford will not cover realignment after Thor conversion so you have to suck it up and pay about $150 - well worth it!

I agree... get the alignment at a place locally you trust. Most Ford dealers cannot fit the rig in their shop, and even an oil change baffles them. We recently purchased our RV, and discovered that a lot of "finger-pointing" (lateral, not vertical) occurs amounst the Dealer, Thor, Ford, and Mor-Ryde. No one certain where responsibility lies.

I replaced the abysmal Ford shocks and steering stabilizer with Bilsteins. The OEM front and rear sway bars were replaced with Hellwig bars. A front-end alignment done locally at a heavy-duty truck shop. Castor and camber adjustable bushings were inserted, so further alignments will be easier. Much improved handling was seen immediately. Except for a tight squeeze getting access to the front upper shock mounts, the job was straight-forward. New unit... no rusty bolts/nuts!
