Batteries

Hi we have a 2018 chateau 24hl with 1 year old batteries. Cw replaced the original with probably the cheapest ones possible after they left the power on and killed the ones I had. I usually put a tender on them for storage, I went to check on things and the batteries were at 2/3. I plugged into shore power and check next day after unplugging still 2/3. One battery is at 12.33 and the other is 12.37 btw the water level is fine since I serviced them in October. Do I need new ones? Or are they just cold 35 degrees. Thanks in advance

After you plugged into SP did you put the USE/STORE switch to USE or turn on the MAIN POWER switch? Sounds like they weren't being charged by the converter.

In that case: I'd go back to CW, and make your case with them...
Good luck!

The LED indicator in MH will read ‘full’ when on shore power... it is seeing the voltage from the converter...
The batteries may or may not be connected.

Plug in to shore power, make sure use/store in in use, and put a volt meter directly on he house batteries.
If charging you will read over 13v...
Let them charge several hours to overnight - then see what battery voltage is after you unplug.
