Apparently, no longer made. Maybe get the one from RearView Safety:

As previously mentioned this item is no longer sold. If you go on ebay there are about 4 left for sale, but be prepared to pay a lot more than 106.00 dollars. If all you care about is the backup camera then they do sell and still support a single line port so your backup camera will work but your side cameras will not. I lucked out as I was in the same boat as you were. I found one on ebay last night and scooped it up. I really only needed the back camera to work but if I ever sell I'm sure the new owner would like all of the cameras working. ASA electronics also has about 4 left but you have to buy a 4 plug model and that one will set you back almost 400.00 dollars. The 3-4 on ebay which is the one you specifically asked about are currently at 175.00 dollars. Better hurry if you want one, I spent a couple of hours on the computer last night and feel lucky that I found one. Good Luck

Sorry; I had posted a picture of a screenshot showing the item at RVUpgrade store was no longer available. Apparently the hosting service I have used for years has decided to expire picture links after 24 hours so now all my pictures simply disappear. On the hunt for a replacement service.
