Step wiring on Citation

At my last visit to repair shop they changed the wiring for the step from chassis to house battery. So step doesn’t work when house battery is in store position. I don’t want to take it back there. Can anyone give me a quick tutorial on changing it back to chassis battery?

Here is the Kwikee step installation guide. The wiring for your coach is figure 10 showing the five connections for the wiring harness (typical). Hopefully the modifiers only cut the battery power wire and spliced it on the house batteries. If so you only need to splice the 12 awg red wire from the control unit harness to the chassis battery. Make sure you have a 20-25 amp fuse in the line before the control unit, preferably next to the battery terminal.
