2016 Thor ace 30.1 entry step dead

I REPLACED THE GEARBOX and motor. Steps worked great for a week. Then stopped. Checked 25 amp fuse In control box and 20 amp fuse by battery. Checked step switch fine. Even made sure door magnets aligned. Don’t see why control box would die. Is there another power fuse??? No power underneath anywhere. Maybe wire bad but continuity checks good. Got me baffled. Any ideas?????

Well there should be at least one power wire (there are more) at the step controller... Start off with the make/model of step, and do you have the manual, it will have a wiring diagram.

Check green ground wire, it must hv good contact. Be careful. If everything else checks out. Replace the controller.
