2017 ACE Rear view camera

New to towing I would ride with the camera on. However, when I go over a bump in the road like the beginning and end of an overpass, it would go out and maybe return, maybe not. Comment?

Check your video cable to/from the video switchbox under the dash as well as into the radio.

Yes. Check the wires under dash, I had to remove the top of the dash to gain access . My unit did that and it was where the wires were crimpt . It was a sloppy job. I had to have it redone.

If that’s not it, it could be in the back camera. Find were it plugs in, and be sure it’s tight.
