2017 Aria with storage compartment water issues

Has anyone else had any luck finding where to purchase larger storage compartment seals? We purchased an Aria with 1500 miles and drove it home in the rain and the basement was flooded out. The doors don't seal even when adjusted. I called Thor customer support to see if there was recall or bigger seals we can purchase and the customer service guy was a complete jerk and said it's not their problem and to adjust the doors which didn't work. I've never been treated so poorly or spoke to such a rude manufacturer in my life and we've purchased a lot of expensive "toys" over the years. Another Aria we looked at had much bigger seals on it so they must have gotten their seals replaced with bigger ones after having this issue?

Welcome to the forum.

You bought a used rig and expected to be treated, by the manufacturer, like someone that purchased a new rig that is still under warranty? They didn’t make a penny off you so why should they provide support?

Is the search function. I believe other Aria owners have had similar issues.

All I wanted was to be able to purchase the newer seals from them but they wouldn't sell them to me. I wasn't asking for anything for free.

Go to a Thor Dealer, and see if they can order you the seals from a newer model year RV.

Thor is not licensed to sell repair parts to individuals. They can sell to dealers only or send some parts to individuals under warranty.

Sure. Look up seals in the McMaster.com catalog and you’ll find lots of them of various material and thickness and self adhesive.
