Dash heater duct loose on driver's side

While checking under my dash I found a loose heater duct on the driver's side at the bottom of the dash near the steering column. Is that normal for floor heat it should it be attached somewhere? This is on a Windsport 29m.

I also found the duct on the drivers side that way. It may have been secured with a screw or tape to keep it from moving but not sure. Welcome to the RV industry.

Pretty sure we have the same thing on our 2016 Axis. I would bet that if you turn on either your heat or A/C and turn the controls to the down arrow, you will hear and feel air coming out of it... In other words, welcome to the world of the stripped chassis....

Wow. Can't believe all the ways they cut corners. The other ducts are attached to the vents with one screw. Wonder how long they will hold.
