2017 MB KM24 chasis led stop/turn signals

On the right turn signal only 4 of 16 leds light up, intermittently 8 will. Is this a sign the load resistors are going bad? There are 3 in parallel on the bad side. The ones on the bad side get hot, on the working side they do not. The MB has 3 round led lights on with 16 leds each red/white/red. The two reds are the problem. Thw white in the middle works fine. I'm thinking the 3 parallel load resistors include one for each of the three lights so 1 and 3 may be the problem. They are soldered into a single unit. MB dealer doesn't recognize so they must be a Thor product. Anyone confirm my suspicions about the problem? Thanks
