I have an Axxera AVM111NAV radio in my new RV. Does anyone else have this radio. I cannot get navigation on my radio. Does anyone else have this model radio. Do you get navigation?

I have an Xcerra radio in mine but the only nav you can get is from mirroring your smartphones if they have HDMI output.

I think that I'd rather just buy a Garmin RV 770, and enjoy the added features that it brings to the table.

It runs off of a SD card. Maybe your dealer forgot to install It? Mine crashes on load. I thought I would use it when I bought my Palazzo but ended up getting a Garmin and not using the built in one. Better maps and easier to control plus it is mounted higher and easier to see.

We have that model in our challenger 37FH. At first it worked well for the first few months. Then we noticed GPS loss in place around home where we near got that issue.

We have had to do a reset with the reset button about 6 times over the summer months on our vacation travels do to the system freezing up and not accepting any transfer command to the radio, BT of setup screens. Lately I have pulled out our Garmin 760 RV that we used in our former coach and run both just to have a comparison.

Put in a e-mail inquiry into the parent company tech support in Elkhart, IN this week to see if they can give me some guidance on resolving these problem.

I'll make an entry if I get a response.

By the way I ordered a new SM card from the factory. When it was installed the navigation worked fine

Took our coach back in to the dealer in mid december to have a list of warranty items addressed or looked at. The Axxera NAv unit was one of them. Thor is replacing the head unit.

Coach is still at dealers for some other issue with the firefly multiplex unit not bluetooth connecting to our cell phone, Thor is replacing the unit housed under the master bed that controls the bluetooth connection.
