Slide misalinment

2014 Thor Palazzo big slide is a misalignment nightmare. Bottom rail was 2 inches farther out then then top. $2000 later in labor we got it within 1/2 inch.

Installed rollers in the front of slide to keep it even.

Still skips a tooth on the top rail 3 times when extending and has to be nursed out. Just a matter of time when it may not come in at all.

Anyone else have the problem??? How you get it fixed???

Welcome to the Forum!
Have you examined that rail for damage? If it's the same rail each time, and at the same place each time: you must have some damage to it...

Thanks Bob: Yes. The same top aft rail was replaced and is also getting "chewed up". Sounds like common problem with this slide. Any cure???
