2018 Hurricane need help with sealant products

Our 2018 Hurricane came back from the shop after 16 months needing some more TLC than received at shop. In particular, the seams where the front cap is attached was not sealed correctly. My question is where and what kind of sealant should be used to caulk or seal these types of joints.
Most of it seems to be flexible and the same color as the fiberglass panels. Other places it appears to be especially around the windows sealed with clear silicone.
On a lot of the places the clear sealant is used, it has turned dark to almost black. Any way to clean this without completely removing the existing sealant?
A lot of questions, I know. We are not taking it back to the shop again. I have already repaired several leaks myself, button lamps and antenna for radio. There were bolts missing etc. I could go on, but you get the picture.

Thanks

Dicor self leveling is the industry standard but a lot of RV owners use a tape product whose name I can't remember.

Works, but it is ugly and VERY difficult to remove if you ever need to.

Neither is a thing of beauty. One would think a better method than either could have been achieved in the last 50 years.

Use dicor self leveling sealant on your roof seams. Where the rubber roof meets the fiberglass. On both sides. Don’t use silicone. That’s probably what has turned black with mold. You’ll have to use a nylon tool to remove it. Then clean with denatured alcohol. Get all the silicone residue off. Then use Procell RV clear sealant on all other seams.
