2018 quantum kitchen drain

It’s always something. The drain line that comes from the kitchen sink and connects to the grey tank broke off at the tank.
When I went looking I saw the drain line weaves it’s way behind the frig against the outside wall of the bump out and back in towards the tank, then a 90 degree down to the top of the grey tank(where it snapped off)
My question is this the proper way it should have been run. I feel when the slide comes in it is pushing on the 90 and that’s what caused the he break. Also how does the pipe connect to the grey tank, screwed or glued.
