Please help! We have filled our fresh water tank, turned on the pump and we do not hear the pump or have water from any faucets. What can we check before having it serviced? Where is the pump located?

No we are full time RVers.

Have you checked the fuse under the bed? The water pump in my 2016 29G Chateau is under the couch. If it was working, then stopped, most likely it is a fuse.

I have a 2017 35SB. Water pump is under the master bed. Fuses are at foot of master bed at floor level.
