2019 30FE Converter

Hello, and I have a question, I just purchased a 2019 30FE and do believe the converter is not charging my coach battery. I would like to check and see if there is a fuse on it before I call CW. Who can tell me where the converter is located? Thanks!!!

The converter is normally located in the DC distribution panel. There is an AC breaker that feeds power to it. The converter may also have a pair of DC fuses on the output. But first you need to verify the use/store switch is in the use position or the converter won't charge the house battery.
The use/store switch may also be called a battery disconnect.

Thanks to all, Well I did find my problem, I was in the habit of turning off my hot water heater in my travel trailer, but when I turned it off in the motorhome with the breaker it also turned off the Converter. But I do believe it is wired wrong for some reason. It is not wired to the converter breaker, it is being controlled by the hot water breaker. Is this a common mistake by Thor?
