2019 Thor Aria 3901 heat pump not working and where is filter located
We are living full time in a new motorhome we purchased in December, a 2019 Thor Aria 3901 model and love it. However, we cannot seem to get the front heat or air pump working or find the air filter to change it. We have looked over dozens of videos and forums to no avail and was hoping someone here might be able to help before our service appointment we scheduled because they do not have availability until May, luckily the fireplace is working lol :-o Thank you

Everything works in the back room of rv but the front heat pump or ac is not working the furnace is working off the lp though. It was working fine until two days ago it quit working, checked breakers under the bed and fuses under the bathroom sink and nothing is tripped.

you can try this...... " Simply flip the battery disconnect switch for 10 seconds and turn it back on. A power cycle can fix many problems that seem out of the ordinary."
Read this here.... http://docs.renegaderv.com/Spyder%20...ersion%201.pdf

Sounds like it. Hope it turns out to be simple/easy. Good luck. Also will be curious to here what it was.

First, start and run your GENERATOR. See if the a/c unit/heat work while under generator power.
If so, then you have lost a connection from Shore Power within your ATS(automatic transfer switch), found in a box, usually near the entrance of the Shore Cord on your rig.
Otherwise, Two other things to check:
- you may have lost one 'side' of your 50amp power, which is the side that the Breaker for this and some other things are on... is anything else 'noticeable' not working? battery charger? water heater?
- you may have lost a connection at your Main Panel's a/c breaker, itself. Unplug from shore power, and pull the front of your Main Electrical panel off. Check each breaker's BLACK output wire to make sure it is secure and TIGHTENED. Check the 50amp Main breakers as well.
If none of that works, you may have lost the connection AT the rv park's 50amp breaker, where you are plugged in. This does sometimes happen, just like in your rig - a loose wire from one of the 50amp breakers can be loose, which may work 'sometimes', and not others.

I can't help you get your heat pump running, except to recommend what Mr. Turner just said. Your filters are inside the return vents Just remove the vent cover and wash them.

I cannot find the return vent butthinking maybe next to fireplace - in our old rv they were on the ceiling but not with this one and it was a breaker that went out for air but keeps popping everytime I put it back on - not sure what is making it short out but not sure why and it pops even when on generator

your symptom is a common 'loose' wire at the breaker issue - when not on shore or generator, tighten it and it will probably solve that problem.
or, the weaker could be 'weak'...replacing it with another one might prove this, if the a/c then continues working without tripping. If so, then replace it with a new one and you should be good.
Even shore power breakers can be weak, especially overused 30amp ones at rv parks and campgrounds - they trip too quickly.
I don't know of any 'filter' for roof air conditioners other than the one in the a/c unit's cover itself... if one's not there, then you can add one... it's just simple filter material you can buy at w*mt or hardware stores.

Your spec shows ducted heat pumps, you should have at least two rows and one is the return with the filters
Nice coach by the way

Not real familiar with your systems at all but you should have the ability to turn each heat pump to off, electric, gas, high and low and so on. Be sure it is turned on to electric heat
Going to have to walk through the new ones and see the changes
