2019 Thor 25BL Chateau Mercedes Sprinter chassis. On the way back home had the following messages ABS, ESP Cruise Control, Check Engine and a symbol of a tire spinning. Has anyone else had issues like this? It's going to Mercedes tomorrow to see what is going on. Already had one Mercedes recall on the chassis. Hopefully this isn't another one.

It sounds like a speed sensor...

Yep and Mercedes has a recall for the speed sensor. Unfortunately they have no repair parts or plan yet to my knowledge.

They're supposed to be sending out letters to owners; when they work out a solution.

I have a letter about the speed sensor recall. If you have to pay for the replacement ask about getting it refunded back to you. It could be an expensive bill. Mercedes is planning on replacing the rear speed sensors once they have ample supply.

Thanks everyone, Haven't seen a letter from Mercedes and the service manager said it didn't have a recall.(?) I'll update you all when they get back to me. One question I'll be asking Mercedes is it safe to drive?

Your Anti-lock Braking, and Electronic Stability control systems wn't be working...
So the term "Safe": is relative to your comfort level

The speed sensor recall was issued as NHTSA Recall # 21V042. They should be able to look it up and see it since the NHTSA issued the notice. As per the notice the ESP control unit may be disabled which could cause vehicle driving stability and under certain conditions increasing the risk of a crash. The rear wheel speed sensors are the issue.

Well got the MH back yesterday. Like you all said ,bad speed sensor. They replaced it with the same type and will be contacting us when the new type is available. The problem with the old type is water gets into it. So I guess either I can't drive it when the roads are wet or hit every puddle in the road and keep taking it in till they get the replacement. LoL

Glad to see that you're back up and running.
Can you do anything to make the sensor less susceptible to water intrusion?

You know I didn't think to ask them that question. I would think with the price of service on a Mercedes that they would try anything to keep from doing it a second time. It's covered under warranty and they have increased the time it's covered to 2029.
