Shore power not working

Hey there-
It seems like maybe my converter isn’t working when connected to shore power. I have all power except 120v appliances. They all work and converter is running when the generator is on but not when connected to shore power.

Could there be a setting that I’m missing?

So your 120v works on generator, but not on shore power? It is probably a loose wire, or bad connection in your AUTOMATIC TRANSFER SWITCH. Just make sure your coach is UNPLUGGED from SHORE POWER and YOUR GENERATOR IS OFF before opening your ATS...

converter not needed for 120 volts. Converter is used to charge the 12 volt batteries.

Use a volt meter and start at the SHORE POWER! Work your way back to the RV 120 volt panel box. That is the only way to find the problem.

Seems like a no brainer but Have ask is the supply to the coach hot? Ok had to ask. Next I would go with what Mo Mike said something off with the transferswitch
