2020 Chateau 31W. Low point drains & pump location

I am purchasing a 2020 Chateau 31W and would love to know where the low point drains and water pump are located. And since this is on demand hot water, is there a bypass for that as well? I will have to winterize later in the fal and it would be great to have this information. As soon as I get my coach I will register with Thor and try to get the schematics for it.

Getting the schematics is a must. Generally, the low point drains will be under the areas of the water usage, as in shower area, under sink(s), etc. Look under coach for the blue and red lines hanging downward a couple inches or so. Just above them, in a storage bin or very close by will be the valves. Your water pump will be located very close to the fresh water tank. My Chateau 35 has water tank under the bed with an access panel under mattress.

My Thor Four Winds 31W has the pump under the bed also. If you crawl under the coach in the same area you will see 2 drain hoses that come down about 6 in, red and blue.

My 2015 31W, the low point drains are under the refrig. You need to pull the drawer out to get to them. The water pump is under the bed between the water tank and the wall.

There's 3 sets of drains under my 35SF...shower, kitchen sink and fridge/half bath. As stated, look for the red and blue lines sticking out the bottom.

On our 2017 Chateau 31L the low point drains are below the refrigerator area and the pump is next to the potable water tank under the kitchen counter; need to remove drawers to see and an access panel to lay your hands on it and remove/clean/reinstall a small filter. The filter catches the manufacturing millings they left after cutting the openings in the tank for hooking the lines up to fill and pump.

Just wondering if you got schematics from Thor? I had to contact them to find mine. If the on demand water heater is a tankless one like mine, you won't have a bypass.

Probably totally different from yours, but on our ACE there were two drains, both were blue, there were no red drains, one before the pump and one after the pump, and the pump was in the wet bay below the outside shower.
