2020 Quantum Sprinter Black Tank Overflow

I was cleaning out the black tank thoroughly and when filling to 30 gallons it overflowed in the bathroom - I could not tell where it came from. Of course you can imagine me running around the other side of the RV to see where the water was coming from that dripping outside. The floor had clear water and appeared to be spraying. There was no overflow from the toilet. I did find the vanity sink drain loose at the sink. Does the vanity sink drank into the black tank?

Any other ideas?

Most coaches are made to have the bathroom sink drain into the black tank in order to add additional water to the black tank. It helps clean out the black tank by adding the additional water when you flush it out.
