2020 Thor Venetian not charging
I have a 2020 Venetian. A few days ago, while plugged in to shore power, I plugged in an electric space heater to the GFCI circuit. The breaker tripped, I unplugged the heater and reset the breaker. Now the GFCI circuit is dead ( I reset it and also replaced the GFCI plug entirely). The circuit that powers the fridge and the microwave are also dead. I have reset all breakers, plugged and unplugged the shore power, ran the generator, still no power to these circuits.
The batteries all discharged, and I used a charger to charge them, and also started the coach. Still no power to these circuits and no charge to batteries on shore power or generator.
The control panel shows that the inverter is disabled and “no charge” is indicated.
I am thinking there may be a fuse or hidden breaker that tripped on the inverter.
There is power on some of the circuits in the coach and all lights work in ceilings etc.
Again, the inverter is not charging and there are a couple of the 120V circuits that are dead, despite breakers being reset.
Any suggestions?

Do you have any 120v power anywhere in the coach?
Everything you mentioned, lights etc, is 12v
Check the circuit breaker to the inverter however if you're not getting 120v into the coach it isn't going to work
There are inline circuit breakers typically to the inverter which is also your charger so you're not going to charge batteries until you get the inverter back online
More information regarding the 120v side will help everyone help you

Everything he mentioned is not 12 VDC. Microwave and fridge are 120 VAC.
It sounds like you have lost one of your two 120 VAC legs from SP. I'd find your Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) and start checking connections first physically and with a voltmeter. Once you verify loss of one leg you can use your voltmeter to find the cause. It could be any loose connection that the space heater was pulling those amps through.

Yes there are 120V circuits that have power in the bay. So I am getting 120V to some circuits.

that was what I was wondering, when you just noted 12v lights working but nothing 120v
Check as Ace noted and see if both legs are at 120v

In the transfer box I have 120v on each leg.
I do note that the coach power monitor screen is showing 30A even though it is plugged into. 50 amp service.
Also, the inverter/charger appears to be faulted, and even when reset, the green status light is not lit. Obviously this is an issue, but why would the inverter fault keep 120V circuit from being “hot”?

Inverter features pass through current so it should pass through even if the inverter is shut off or showing a fault
Go back and make sure you have 120v on each leg at every connection
I don't think you do. Be sure it is truly hot and not leakage your testing
Sounds like you might have two issues but one is your missing one side of the 240v

Did this get fixed?
If so, what was it? I am having a similar issue...

Yes, it turned out there is an inline fuse link located in the electrical bay that is a "hard" fuse that has bolts that secure the connection. I purchased a new one (and spares) and installed it and now works fine.
