2024 Gemini 24KB sunshade

I opened the sunshade on my 2024 Gemini 24KB for the first time and when I tried to close it I was only able to close it 1/2 way. Is their some kind of adjustment that I'm missing or should I contact my dealer for repair?

Go to you tube and pull up
the video addressing your problem. I had the same problem and it is a simple programming fix.

The sun shade in our 2024 Compass 24KB was just replaced last week for the exact same problem. I could see that the the driver side sting was off the bottom roller and was bound up. I don't think the shades used in the Gemini and Compass can be programed.



I tried to find the You Tube video that Cooter mentioned but only found videos concerning the class a type drop down windshield cover.
