That Pesky 12 Volt Fuse - Axis 25.1

I know there's been a discussion about where to find the dash 12volt fuse for the axis/vegas. I was able to find it thanks to this forum.

My problem is that when I went to replace the blown fuse with the replacement 30A low profile fuse, the new fuse blew immediately when I inserted it.

I'm guessing this can't be good, but not sure if I did something wrong?

It's been fine for a year and a half. Nothing was added or tinkered with recently.

Where did you find the 12volt plug-in fuse? I have the same problem.
