35m water heater bypass valve. Where is it?

Newbie to rving. Bought used Thor hurricane 35M. Is there heater bypass valve? My water heater will not fill up?

The winterizing valves, including the bypass valve, are generally right behind the water heater.

You may have 1, 2 or 3 valves. Handles parallel with the crossover pipe tells you that it is in bypass mode.

I have to open a panel under my sink to get to the valves on our unit. There’s 4 square head screws that need to be removed to get to them. One would think they would make it more obvious and maybe a knob and hinge setup. To remove the panel.
