Thor Siesta 24SR radio problem

On our 2014 Siesta, today the radio went dark. The Pioneer radio with backup was on the 2013 MB chassis circuit and the screen lit when the ignition was on and operated the same if the house store switch was on or off. I have been unable to find a defective fuse on the Sprinter panel, either under the dash or in the panel under the driver's seat. Has anyone had this problem? I assume next step will be to remove dash panel and confirm power to the radio. Advice appreciated, thanks.

My 2015 Siesta has an Axxera radio which did the same thing. I disconnected the ground cable by the "gas" pedal, put the house batteries to store, connected the ground wire, and turned on the house batteries and that seemed to fix it. All the settings were gone though. Hasn't happened again. I believe there is a 15A fuse behind the radio, the trick is to get it out of the dash....
