Axxera 614bh not working

Does anyone have one that still works getting ready to go on vacation got in coach radio doesn't work contacted Camping World it's under warranty I'm not sure they can have it in and replace by the time I leave should I just go ahead and bite the bullet and get a different model certainly not another axxera

Quick question, and not trying to hurt feelings, but, is the coach power switch on? My radio won't work unless it is.

Yes I have contacted Thor also Camping World where I bought it we've covered all the bases it just won't come on
