110 when generator on/shore power off

Our axis 24.1 has the generator on, we are unplugged from Shore power but yet we do not have 110 in the coach. Does anyone know why?

Check the breakers in your electrical panel and also the ones on your generator, probably have one tripped.

Use/store switch only controls 12V, not 110V.

If not the items already suggested there is typically the AC transfer switch that does not operate as it should when it senses that the generator has started (following a short time delay usually). It could also be loose connections on the transfer switch from the generator side.

Thanks! Put battery switch in use mode and flipped a switch to on in the generator compartment. Fised the issue. Thank you super and LaGrandd!
