ace 27.2 bedroom slide

Have a friend with a 2018 Ace 27.2 and his bedroom slide won't extend. the left side moves and the right side is stuck. He has a kitchen slide and the control box for that slide is in basement right below it. He can not find a control box for the bedroom slide. he needs help.

Welcome to the forum.
The controller is usually pretty close to it's slide. Perhaps it's on the back wall of the outside storage compartment right underneath it?

I don't know that coach specifically, but I would bet it might be under the bed if it isn't in a basement storage bay under the slide.

I have talked with him and he said he is going home and putting it up for sale. Thanks for the responses.

The controller is in the outside storage compartment under the slide.

Post #7 - look at the top of the compartment.

Not the same coach but built in the same factory. My bedroom controller is inside the bed frame under the mattress on the forward side.

I found it. Thx for guidance. It was attached to structure of the bed pedestal. There is a removable corner that gives access to fuse panel. I could barely see it from that access. Have to remove a shoe drawer in bed pedestal in order to see it. I think that’s pretty ridiculous place to mount. If slide won’t go out, would have a great deal trouble getting to this just to see error code. What a joke. Appreciate all the suggestions and help.

On my rig I can see the controller light through gaps in the breaker panel and fuse box. If it were to flash I wouldn’t have a problem getting the code.
