ACE 29.1 2016 Awning LED

Hi everyone. Has anyone replaced sections of the LEDs on their awning? I have two sections out.

Assuming they are the same as the leds I use in rc airplanes, you can cut between every three leds where you see a double pair of copper pads. So you could remove the bad sections and splice in new ones.

Here's a picture of my light strip. The two rectangles on either side are the typical paired solder pads you can cut between. In the center you can see where two strips were butted togther on my coach. You can just solder across the pads to make a connection. Or use a small piece of wire for a more secure connection.

I replaced this on another unit. That whole strip just pulls out on the end, feed the new strip in and plug in the connector.

Thank for the reply. Where did you get the replacement strip?
