Replaced mine with Bauer BP-12RV. Works great and is more robust than the Trimark. Also, most likely the most economical of all replacements.
More options available including electric locks, although more expensive. You can find a lot of posts on lock replacement if you do a search.

Yes, looks like you have a very different lock on the Ace. Did you take the inside plate off to determine what type of bolt pull you have. Perhaps you have one of the upgraded locks. I did not notice if there have been any failures on the Ace.

I want to replace the lock on mine with a digital lock, but can not find one that will fit. I also had the dealer look into it, and they too could not find one that would fit.

You can read a little about the lock you have at the below link which indicates that the locks with the white inside handle are not prone to failure, but did not follow the thread out.

That's what I want. May call Trimark to see what they say. Have you had trouble with your lock

That is completely different from the locks that have had the "breaking" issue.

Thor changed door locks in late 2017 because of the reliability of the early lock design flaws. No known flaws in the door locks with the white handle. Most of the early door locks that had problems had red levers for the locks.

I have the older style with the red levers on my 30.2. No issues with it. I looked into RVLock but in several threads I’ve seen they don’t fit the ACE’s.

I have the older style in my 2016 ACE 30.1. It broke today. $290 to get a locksmith to come out 75 miles to get us in. AAA (Premiere coverage, which DID cover a 146 mile tow in British Columbia) apparently covers Class C lockouts but not Class A lockouts.

Don't trust the old style Trimark locks

I was locked inside when the Trimark lock broke suddenly while we were evacuating from a hurricane. Can't understand why they were/have not been not recalled. A serious safety issue. Replaced it with a Bauer keypad lock, perfect fit and works great. Don't need to worry about keeping a key with me. I set up a reminder to replace the battery when I replace the fire alarm batteries in October every year. Don't trust the old style Trimark's. Replace them before you (or your kids, guest, furry friends, non-furry friends...) gets trapped inside or locked outside.

Same here, love the Bauer even though the electronics died on it. Out of warranty and Bauer did offer a good discount on a replacement lock. No problem with keys I have been using them for years, still a better lock than the Trimark. Jim.

I have the same setup on my 2018 ACE 29.4. What issues are you having with the lock? Only thing I have noticed about ours is definitely wants the coach to be relatively level. Any torque in the setup and its gets a bit sticky.

White handled lock?

If your 2018 has the white handled lock, see picture earlier in this thread, they are not the locks susceptible to sudden failure. It is not unusual for doors to be sensitive to torqued, off level, conditions--makes for some fun experiences parking off road.
