Assuming Cold water side is fine - check the valves at the hot water heater... there should be 3 valves (1/4 turn) that allow for normal/bypass operation.
With the water heater in the loop - the valve between the hot and cold lines should be closed - and the other two (entry/exit from the water heater) should be open...
To bypass the water heater for winterizing, they should be reversed.

Sounds like one too many values may be partially or fully closed.

I have looked all over/under and in the rig and cant find any other valves unless Im missing somthing do you have any other suggestiions and thanks again. I am still at campground. Last this is the first hook up for this rig traded in my old south wind and picked this one up yesterday

Have you tried cracking the relief valve on the hot water tank to see if it has water inside? You will want to be careful because the water could be hot if the water heater was on. If there is no water in the tank and the water heater is not bypassed there could be a kink on the HW side of the lines.

Thanks for the service.

Intermittent problems can be a royal PITA. My Axxerra radio was one of those issues. Hopefully they'll get the radio in on Wednesday and I'll have my coach back this weekend.

You need to hook up with Dan9841. He is also active duty and is living out of his ACE. You may be able to compare notes on the coaches. He is also from SC and is currently at Bragg. If you want shoot me a PM and I'll send you my email address.

Again, thanks for the service

How do you like the 30.1? My wife and I are strongly considering getting one based on the features and layout.

dstankov, gmc my water problem has been repaired. The dealership let me know that they had to reroute a water line when the main slide was extended it was pinching a line. Thanks for all of the help

sdk8103 the wife and I are loving the 30.1. It is pet friendly even has built in feed and water trays for the pups all tile and leather so easy to clean. It is very easy to drive with a turning radius tighter than my dually very stable and smooth handling. The Triton V10 is good on gas with good power. I have only had it for approx. a month but I would give it a 10 out of 10 so far and will definitely keep in touch with you with updates. we are taking it out again for a 3 day weekend on Friday.

Looks like I should hook-up with Dan9841 as well. Our son-in-law is currently stationed there as well. We'll be heading that way in a couple of weeks to camp with them.

Chris,

Wow, that looks beautiful. Significantly different floor plan than our 30.2. Our whole driver's side is a slide-out. I'm hoping to post some pictures of ours in the next couple of days, before we hit the road for the first time this year.

Thanks for all your great comments. I would love to see your motorhomes. Be safe on the road and when you get there snap a pic.

Just finished. Because I do not have outdoor kitchen (couldnt justify 7000 more) I made my own. Installed 110 outlet for outdoor fridge and plumped in propane quick connect under last compartment on camp side.

Then I installed bose sound bar under galley t.v. i found motor and road noise drowned out the speakers.
Next is wireless head phones so I dont have to hear theme song to Frozen again ever. Hahhah.

Did this today. Changed the back splash from paper to tile. Before is the blue and after is the tile. Be safe.
